Montaluce Winery and Estates
Montaluce Winery & Estates, is more than a winery; it's a Tuscan-inspired community conceived in 2007 by Rob Beecham of Beecham Builders, alongside Greenway Development and Harrison Design Associates. The ambitious vision was to create a winery-centric residential retreat with 300 homes. While economic challenges reshaped some of its early ambitions, Montaluce has evolved into a vibrant destination that not only produces award-winning wines but also sustains a vibrant residential community, proving the Montaluce vision endures.
The Neighborhoods of Montaluce
In 2007 the residential development of Montaluce started with the construction of Piazza Pomino the first Village featuring 11 Tuscan-style single-family villas with high-end finishes, clay roof tiles and luxury amenities. The Cottages and the Estates followed and today Montaluce is a private community with owner occupied residents. Currently single-family homes are sold out; however, limited resale opportunities become available.
