About Montaluce
Montaluce Winery and Estates
Montaluce Winery and Estates is a 400-acre property featuring a Tuscan-style winery with lush vineyards, award-winning wine, gourmet restaurants and private luxury residences. Development of Montaluce started in 2007 following an ambitious master plan to create a community of 300 single-family homes centered around the winery, vineyard, restaurant and resort-style amenities. Development of Montaluce paused during the Great Recession but started again in 2014 after being acquired by a new developer who has further developed the commercial areas of Montaluce. Today Montaluce has 19 homes built by the original developer and 39 residential lots that were sold for single-family homes. The balance of the 100+ residential lots are still developer owned with limited lots for sale to build. Currently single-family homes are sold out; however, limited resale opportunities of homes and select lots do become available in Montaluce Estates & Villages

In 2007 the residential development of Montaluce started with the construction of Piazza Pomino a village featuring 11 Tuscan-style single-family villas with high-end finishes, clay roof tiles and luxury amenities Today Piazza Pomino at Montaluce is a private community with owner occupied residents. Currently single-family homes in Pomino Village are sold out; however, limited resale opportunities of homes do become available.
